Video Compressor · Last updated 19 September 2026

You can use Video Compressor to compress your own videos on your iPhone. The unlock is a one-time purchase handled by Apple, and the app is provided as is.

The sections below are the binding text. This panel only summarises them.

Using the app

These terms cover the Video Compressor app for iPhone, provided by Evisc Studio. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You may use the app for your own videos, on devices you control, under the App Store rules that came with it. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

Your videos remain yours. The app never changes an original, but you are responsible for keeping copies of anything you care about. Whether a limit can be met depends on the video; when it cannot be met at watchable quality, the app tells you and offers a choice instead of producing a file that misses the limit.

Purchases

The first two successful compressions are free. Compressions that fail or are stopped do not count. After that, unlimited compressions are unlocked by a single one-time purchase made through Apple's App Store at the price shown in the app. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Apple handles billing and refunds under its own terms. To request a refund, use Apple's report-a-problem service. If you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone, use Restore Purchases in the app's settings to bring the unlock back at no charge.

No warranty and limits on liability

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law permits. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law permits, Evisc Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update the app and these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
