Image Compressor
You have a 40 to 120 KB limit and a 3 MB photo. Type the range. Get a file inside it.
Every upload form, profile setting and email states a size, and many also set a minimum and a pixel size. Image Compressor works the other way round. Type the maximum, and the minimum and pixels if the form names them, and the app finds the best quality that lands inside the range, measured on the real file. Start from a use-case preset such as a visa or passport photo, a job or school application, an avatar, an email attachment, a listing photo, a website image or a document scan, or type your own numbers in Custom.
Everything happens on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and your original photo is never changed. Location and camera details are removed from the copy, which leaves more of a small limit for the picture. The compressed copy is kept in the app until you save it to Photos or Files, share it, or the retention window you chose passes.
If the smallest file the app can make is below your minimum, it offers to add filler and does so only if you accept, with the picture unchanged. If a size cannot be reached, the app says so and offers the closest size that can be, rather than handing you a file that misses the number. A photo that fails, lands outside the range or is stopped uses none of your free photos.
The first three photos are free, and a photo counts only when it lands inside the range. After that, one purchase unlocks unlimited photos. No subscription, no ads.
